Bella Poarch
Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on February 9, 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. She was adopted at the age of three by her maternal grandmother who was a slum dweller. The father of her adoptive family is white American with a military background, while her adoptive mother is Filipino. She claims that she and her adopted brother were neglected by their adoptive parents from her childhood until she joined the military. In order to move to Texas, when she turned 13her family stayed for several months living in San Francisco to stay with her aunt. Physical abuse stopped in the end, however her father continued to abuse her psychologically her in the her home. She became a part of the United States Navy at age 18. Poarch launched her TikTok page in April of 2020. In just 8 months, she'd accumulated over 40 million followers. Her biggest success was the video she made to promote MillieB's smash hit track Soph Aspin Send. A zoomed-in clip of her rhythmically lip-syncing the tune and jumping around into the song was a viral video that has since become TikTok's most popular video. In order to capitalize on the popularity she gained following her joining TikTok in December 2016, Poarch created YouTube as well as Twitter profiles. The fame of Poarch reached its height at the end of December in 2020. The rising fame of her has reportedly brought two of the biggest professionals Esports Teams. 100 Thieves as well as FaZe Clan expressed interest in employing her to create content for their respective brand names.
