Anita Barone
Barone was a part of The Shoes, an episode in Seinfeld's fourth season. She played Gail Cunningham, a chef who was looking to buy Elaine Benes' shoes. The early 1990s saw her was a regular cast member of Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone played the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement following Barone's departure from Friends in pursuit of a new role that demanded additional time. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the first season (1995-1996) as well as on The War at Home between 2005 until 2007. Barone was also a part of Daddio, a sitcom that was aired from 2000. Barone is also known for her TV roles on Desperate Housewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone was the recipient of the 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award for her work in feature film One Last Ride. Three years later, following the time that The War at Home ended its run Barone was cast in a regular role in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones who was the husband of the character played by Barone on two of the episodes.
